Happy Canada Day to all my family and friends in Canada! Most of you probably have a very long weekend taking Friday off and Monday is an extra day to recover from the hangover of Sunday parties. My good friends Lynn and Gord will most likely have the pool party today with awesome food. Bill will probably be in charge of BBQ shrimp and Mikey will be in charge of the juicy thick steaks and of course Lynn will get all the trimmings that goes very well with these BBQ food. Most of our friends will be there partying till wee hours of the morning. Of course they cannot have a Canada Day celebration without a couple of Poker tables. Some of our friends will bring the desserts or appetizers and everyone contributes to the alcoholic drinks. I hope that the weather will be hot so they can enjoy a swim in their pool. Have a great time at the Pigpen (aka their home). For the friends that I usually give a ride home, you might want to sleep over tonight at Gord's.
To blog or not to blog, was my one big question. Keeping in touch on line, I thought might be one solution. Can I reconnect with family and friends with no interruption, follow my blog and check out my life's celebration.
Hey Sistah to funny I actually did end up overnighting at the Pigs house,it was not planned. Anyways wishing you a fun filled early 4th of July as I will be out of the country on that day.
