Only 41 more sleeps before my birthday and I am already thinking of what I would like to do. As this is not an important year, there would be no party. Today I got another email from Monte Carlo Hotel in Las Vegas giving me some Deluxe Complimentary Room for three nights around my birthday. It would have been nice but the airfare to and from is a little expensive. Last year we did a mini get away to a Casino Resort somewhere in Northern California and I was able to convince Jeff to do a round of golf. This year I am contemplating on doing the same even without the golf. It will just be nice to be somewhere and not have to cook or make the bed and even do a little gambling with penny slots. There's at least three places that we have not stayed that we are checking out.
Although we have been to Cache Creek and Thunder Valley for the day, we have not stayed overnight. The golf courses in their area are much nicer than Jackson but also expensive. We have over a month to make a decision but I like to get the plans organized. It's my birthday so it will be all about me. If you were to join us, which of the three resort would you pick.
