Outside October

Almost forgot that I have not posted for this month. It is definitely autumn as it's getting cold and it started getting dark early. Instead of describing what I have been doing, I will just share some of the latest photos I have been taking of our fall colors in the Okanagan.  Our golf season just ended last Sunday so now I have all the time to do crafts and any other activities I want to do. Once a month I meet with my girlfriend and we do some type of craft. This month I am very excited because it is a totally new craft for me. It's called FELTING. She will bring all the supplies and we will spend a couple of hours learning and making something. After that I will be showing her some new recipes that she wants to try.  We have been doing this for a few months now. This all started after my daughter told me about what she does with her girlfriend from school. It's a nice way to reconnect and share some skills and have snack or whatever you feel like.  Anyway, these are what AUTUMN looks like in the Okanagan, BC. Trick or treat and share your fall colors. Booh!

Pumpkin Patch in Armstrong, BC

Variety of gourds that I collected at the patch.

Just some colorful leaves along the road.

One home has their Halloween decorations ready.

Just a few of the trees that have changed colors.

My neighbor's new tenant in their backyard.

A beautiful sunset from our living room window.
