During our walk today, there were so many signs that autumn is just around the corner. Technically, I think that the 22nd of this month is the beginning of fall. That also means that after three months, our winter in Canada begins. Then why is it sad. I can make a long list but I don't have the space so I will do the top 10 of why September makes me sad.
- Golf season ends sometime in October unless the snow arrives early.
- All the plants starts drying and dying.
- Our daily walks will be less as I don't walk when there's snow.
- The RV's registration ended on September 17 which means no more glamping.
- We already took down the big umbrella from our patio.
- The outdoor furnitures are now stored indoor.
- My light spring/summer jackets are putt away.
- My winter coats/hats/toque/gloves/boots are all ready for use.
- I have started making soups for the winter months.
- No more outdoor get togethers with our neighbors (our bubble).
