December Designing Barbie Clothes

So another delayed post but as the saying goes, better late than never.  I have been busy sewing and I would like to share all the items that I have been busy with you.  It all began when I found out my friend's daughter did not have a lot of Barbie clothes, so I started sewing some and the collection just grew.  A couple of weeks after, my BFF also mentioned that her granddaughters (2) have Barbie dolls but not a lot of change of clothes. Of course, I said, I will make them more so they can play fashion week.  So here's the collection and if you like them please make a comment, I would love to hear them.

Original October

Three months ago was the last time I had posted anything.  My excuse, I was really busy making or should I say sewing original passport holders.  I say original because I was trying to do some of the sports teams.  In between sewing these passport holders, I also decided to make some fabric coin purse as well.  Most of these were given to friends and some of them I sold to people who found out and wanted to buy them. I am not trying to really start a business, I just love creating something that I could use as gifts.  Anyway, here are some my samples.

 As the saying goes, it is better late than never. It has been a very few months and I completely forgot to do a post in August, September, October.  I hope that this month is something worth reading to those who are following me.  When I was visiting Ontario, we stayed with a friend who has a sweet little girl who had a Barbie but not enough change of clothes. When I returned from the trip, I promised this girl that I would make some clothes for her Barbie.  Anyway, here's a small fashion show of my Barbie Collection.
